Shipping policy

SHIPPING

The Niece Motorsports Shop LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.  Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All credit card purchases are processed in real time.  If a product ordered by the purchaser is out of stock or no longer available, the purchaser will receive a credit back for the purchase.  Purchasers will receive an email notification of confirmation for the order and an email with notification of shipping information, if available.

For all items that are ordered and in stock, orders will normally be processed and shipped out within three (3) business days to the purchaser.  Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery to the "ship to" address provided.  

International Shipments -

At this time, the Niece Motorsports Shop does not accept international orders via the Internet.  

On occasion, orders or parts of an order are cancelled.  Some reasons are:

 *    Item(s) not available

 *    Difficulty in processing your payment information

 *    Cannot ship to address provided

 *    Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order was cancelled and your will receive a credit back for the purchase.

Orders shipped within North Carolina incur the required state sales tax.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once an order is processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled.

No refunds, exchanges only.  A request for an exchange must be authorized in advance by a customer service representative within Ten (10) business days of purchase with original sales receipt.  Please email shop@niecemotorsports.com for an authorization number and instructions.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.

Exchanges sent back to Niece Motorsports Shop without the exchange authorization number or proper proof of purchase will be returned to the customer.  Exchanges will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed, or improperly cared for. Only defective items or items in their original condition will be accepted.  If the product is defective, shipping charges will be credited to the purchaser.
